30 Years in the making!.

Duncan Shepherd has been working in the kitchen industry for over 30 years, starting his career at the very bottom and building his way up the ladder, successfully covering every aspect of the job.

In the early days, the kitchens we installed were being built by other suppliers but we were never truly happy. We wanted our cabinets to be constructed differently - stronger than standard and made to measure.

So in 2007 ‘Shepherds of Cheshire’ was established in Stockport with manufacturing facilities as well as a new showroom, we were now doing it our way - better than the rest.

There’s been a few twists and turns over the years - a large fire in 2010 completely destroyed the 1st workshop and showroom so we had to move. The replacement workshop was in Bredbury and the showroom was then in Cheadle village.

Just before the Covid lockdown we decided to move again, we wanted everyone back under one roof and we’d outgrown the 2nd workshop.

Our ‘new’ premises have plenty of room with 8 stunning kitchen displays, a spacious factory and a large car park.
